COVID-19

healthOne has expanded our services to provide Telehealth video virtual visits for patients, both existing and new. Patients can easily book a Telehealth appointment by phone, email or online. We will respond to all messages and requests within 24 hours.

You may not be comfortable attending in-clinic treatment or simply prefer the convenience of Telehealth. Feel free to start or continue your treatment via this virtual video service. Telehealth is a permanent service offering!

The following outline our guidelines for in-clinic treatment. Please read the following guidelines carefully and contact us with any questions or concerns.

Please Note: You will NOT be permitted to attend in-clinic treatment if you’re currently sick and/or have any illness symptoms, especially those of fever, cough or shortness of breath.

If you’re sick , our staff will work to reschedule your appointment. Late cancellation fees do NOT apply if you’re cancelling due to illness.

For those patients attending in-clinic treatment, we’re taking extra precautions for your safety and for the safety of our staff:

  • Masks (cloth, surgical, N95 all acceptable) are optional for all patients and staff. If you’d like us to wear a mask during your treatment, we’d be happy to put one on.

  • Only essential family members or caregivers should accompany a patient.

  • We are keeping the waiting areas clear, so please arrive at the start of your appointment time.

  • We prefer no CASH payments. We are able to accept all forms of electronic payments including e-transfers.

  • All therapists are washing hands before and after contact with any patients

  • We require patients to wash their hands for 20 sec using soap before treatments (hand sanitizer does not count).

  • We maintain a clean environment. We sanitize equipment and surfaces throughout the day. All equipment and beds are wiped down after every use with disinfectant. Linens are changed after each use.
