Fee Schedule & Insurance Coverage

At healthOne, we work with your insurance provider to bill directly for our services when able. This would include all WSBC claims, ICBC claims, Medical Services Plan (MSP), RCMP, Department of Veteran Affairs (DVA) and select employer benefit programs.

We provide discounted fees for seniors & students. Seniors are individuals aged 65 or older and students are individuals enrolled in full-time study at a university or college (student ID required).

The following details our fee schedule:

ICBC Claims:
  • With a valid ICBC claim number, you will be automatically covered for 25 visits WITHIN the first 12 weeks from your car accident, unless otherwise notified by an ICBC representative.
  • Our clinic will contact your ICBC adjustor directly if more than 25 visits are required. Supporting documentation from a physician may be required for your adjustor to approve treatment beyond the initial 25 visits.
  • Our clinic does NOT charge any additional fees – we direct bill ICBC for ALL the treatment costs (*exception only for ICBC Concussion related services – see below)
MSP User Fee:

For MSP, the cost of treatment is partially covered while the remainder of the service cost is in the form of a user fee:

ALL INDIVIDUALS
INITIAL & SUBSEQUENT

Hand Therapy $20

**Please note: MSP coverage is only for individuals with Premium Assistance (i.e. the BC Government pays your monthly MSP premium). Those with employer benefits or not under premium assistance do NOT qualify for MSP coverage. Our reception staff would be happy to check with MSP to see if you qualify for MSP coverage.
