Fee Schedule & Insurance Coverage

At healthOne, we work with your insurance provider to bill directly for our services when able. This would include all WSBC claims, ICBC claims, Medical Services Plan (MSP), RCMP, Department of Veteran Affairs (DVA) and select employer benefit programs.

For both ICBC and MSP, the cost of treatment is partially covered while the remainder of the service cost is in the form of a user fee (MSP) or surcharge (ICBC).

We provide discounted fees for seniors & students. Seniors are individuals aged 65 or older and students are individuals enrolled in full-time study at a university or college (student ID required).

The following details our fee schedule:

PRIVATE / EMPLOYER BENEFITS:
ADULT SENIORS & STUDENTS
INITIAL & SUBSEQUENT INITIAL & SUBSEQUENT
Physiotherapy $60 $45

**Please note: Most employer benefit programs do not allow us to bill directly for our services. Therefore you will pay for services and then submit the receipt provided to your insurance plan for reimbursement. If possible, we will bill directly to your insurance plan. Please check with your insurance plan for coverage for therapy services as the level of coverage varies greatly between plans. Almost all employer benefit plans have coverage for therapy services.
